Phorm Interiors were appointed to deliver a comprehensive office dilapidation project, covering structural, decorative, mechanical, and electrical elements. The scope included the removal of stud partitions, kitchen amenities and all glass manifestations, followed by full redecoration of walls and ceilings to create a clean, modern finish. Meeting room carpets were removed, subfloors prepared, and the exposed timber flooring was professionally sanded and sealed out of hours to minimise disruption.

A complete lighting upgrade was carried out, replacing all fittings with high performance linear LED systems in line with the client’s design brief. We also replaced perimeter floor mounted sockets with brushed chrome units and installed 12 new floorboxes with integrated power and data to match the existing infrastructure.

In the kitchen area, Phorm Interiors managed both electrical and joinery works. Including rewiring, tiling, shelf lighting installation, and the integration of bespoke oak shelving - ensuring alignment with the supplied drawings.

All works were completed to the highest standard, with a strong focus on finish quality, safety, and attention to detail. Our team ensured a seamless delivery through close coordination with all trades, minimal disruption to daily operations, and clear communication with the client throughout.
