- Attain WELL ‘Enable’ certification for the fit-out, focusing on wellbeing and ensuring it’s future-proofed for future tenants.
- Implement project-specific strategies to reduce embodied carbon.

- Strive to divert 100% of construction waste from landfills, adhering to the waste hierarchy.
- Focus on energy reduction and efficiency throughout the project.

Sustainable Delivery
Our Delivery and Installation Approach
We will coordinate direct deliveries from manufacturers, ensuring that materials arrive efficiently and on time, minimising unnecessary transportation.
Smaller orders are consolidated in our warehouse facility, where we streamline the inventory before making a single, efficient delivery to the site.
Our installation team adheres to responsible recycling practices, ensuring that packaging materials are properly disposed of or recycled. We can provide proof of these recycling efforts upon request.

Working with Waste to Wonder: Sustainable Furniture Disposal
At Phorm, we are committed to sustainability at every stage of the process, including the responsible disposal of old furniture. When it comes time to replace or dispose of furniture, we partner with Waste to Wonder, a dedicated initiative that focuses on turning waste into valuable resources. Instead of sending old furniture to landfills, we aim to repurpose, upcycle, or donate items wherever possible, giving them a new life and reducing environmental impact.
Through Waste to Wonder, we:
We identify items that can be refurbished or redesigned for reuse, reducing the need for new materials and minimising waste.
Furniture that’s still in good condition is donated to charities, schools, and non-profit organisations, helping those in need while preventing unnecessary waste.
For items that can’t be repurposed or donated, we ensure that materials are sorted and recycled properly, adhering to strict environmental standards.

Sustainable Innovation in Materials
Foresso is a groundbreaking, sustainable material crafted from a unique blend of timber, wood dust, plaster waste, and a 0% VOC resin, all cast onto an 18mm birch plywood substrate. This innovative material is composed of 85% recycled content, sourced entirely from within Britain, making it an eco-friendly choice that supports local industries.
Key Features of Foresso:
A majority of the material is made from recycled timber and waste products, reducing the demand for new resources.
The binder used is completely free from volatile organic compounds (VOCs), ensuring a healthier, cleaner environment.
All materials are sourced within Britain, supporting local suppliers and reducing the carbon footprint associated with transportation.
The birch plywood used in Foresso is FSC Certified and formaldehyde-free, sourced from responsibly managed forests.
