James Curley
James brings over ten years of experience in the furniture industry. As a Furniture Consultant and Project Manager, he collaborates closely with Project Designers and clients to specify furniture packages that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally appropriate, all while staying within budget.
His expertise has contributed to high-profile projects including Wells Fargo, Warner Brothers, Expedia, Airbnb, and Vanguard.
Sam Leonard
Sam is an experienced mechanical design engineer with over a decade in design consultancy including time spent on site as a resident engineer. He’s enthusiasm towards projects has always resulted in good working relationships within the design and construction team and a fast response to project demands and pressures. Sam has a broad knowledge of mechanical engineering and in particular fit out within the commercial sector.
Matt Arber
Liaising between a client, PM, contractor and suppliers throughout a project remains pivotal to any successful project.
Matt has been at the centre of lots of projects over the years. He has the clients interests at the core of his actions and remains in contact from point of enquiry to maintaining the space 5 years on.
James Hawkins
Dedicated to creating seamless client experiences, Jame’s excels at building strong relationships and understanding client needs. With a deep expertise in commercial fit-outs and business furniture solutions, he ensures every project is personalised, efficient, and aligned with client visions. Committed to delivering exceptional service from initial consultation through project completion, he foster’s collaboration, transparency, and trust. The goal is to turn client ideas into inspiring and functional workspaces that enhance productivity and brand identity.
Matt Phaure
As the Founder and CEO of OO Group, Matt Phaure plays a key role in guiding the commercial direction of the business and supporting project delivery from a contractual perspective. With a practical, hands-on approach, Matt is closely involved in overseeing commercials and contracts across a wide range of client projects.
While he prefers to stay out of the spotlight, Matt’s steady leadership and strategic insight have helped shape the group’s continued growth and commitment to service excellence. His focus remains on building strong partnerships, ensuring clarity in commercial delivery, and enabling his teams to deliver outstanding results for clients.
Logan O’Shea
Logan O’Shea manages D&B and Furniture accounts at Phorm Interiors, bringing two years of expertise and a strong work ethic to the role. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication skills – both internally and with clients – Logan ensures seamless project management and delivers top-tier service. Her dedication and precision make her an invaluable member of the team.
