Dan has been working in an operational background from the start of his career. With 12 years of experience in the product delivery industry. A strong focus on staff succession and managing and creating processes is what Dan has developed in the group of brands.

Dans’ Role within a Project will be overseeing the operational team on project succession and managing the key performance of the processes within it. Sitting in on all initial project team briefings including the client and steering the project.

Dans’ keys skills include passion for Operational Directorship, process management, supply chain relations and team management.

James is a shareholder across the group, with intense focus on, the client experience. His strategy on brand positioning, marketing and client services is all about the details.

James’s role within a Project will be liaising directly with his clients through out every stage of the process. Most importantly in day two services to maintain a strong client relationship.

Key skills include Communication, planning expansion and executing, and leading a diverse team across the group.

Teigan has always worked supporting business owners, in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy. From starting her career, gaining a Diploma in Business administration, now she is a key team member insurance the success of a project.

Teigan’s role within a project will be supporting the Management team and coordinating administrative task from briefing stage to completion. Teigan will run all documentation for the project and ensure all information required is distributed to the correct people at the correct time.

Mollie’s role within a project will be supporting the Management team and coordinating administrative task from briefing stage and Day2. Mollie will run all documentation for the project and ensure all information required is distributed to the correct people internally and externally.

Tiah joined the company 2017, managing the group Finance department day to day and works alongside the board on strategic financing planning.

Tiah’s role within a project will be ensuring accurate invoices are being issued and ensuring healthy relationships with our supply chain.

Tiah’s key skills include being Finance Management, Cost Consultancy & Budget Allocation.

Amy has worked in a client-facing role, which includes communicating with clients on an everyday basis. After completing her industry accreditation, she is now a key member in the team on all aspects of Proposals and Tenders.

Amy’s role within a project would be to digest the brief, work on solutions and the overlook and feel of the proposal.

Amy’s key skills include communication, design and consistency.
