Insurance Institution

Phorm worked with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) to transition them from a very traditional working environment in a listed period building to a completely agile way of working. A Cat B project, we assisted the client with the full range of furniture including workstations, boardroom and meeting room, executive offices and breakout areas. A big consideration for the project was the input we had into the people management - some of the team were very attached to the old style furniture and we worked with the internal client team to ease that transition.
